Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

If tracking data cannot be loaded normally, customers may contact our support team for manual parcel tracing.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Fresh Product Storage and Usage Notice
Each fresh produce order is attached with exclusive storage and usage guidelines, covering fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, seafood and other mainstream fresh food categories. Customers shall store, handle and consume products following official prompts. We reject after-sales claims for food deterioration, mildew, discoloration and damage caused by improper preservation, improper operation and overdue consumption after parcel receipt.
International Shipping and Customs Notice
We provide global cross-border shipping services for all fresh produce merchandise. Overseas shipments may generate import tariffs, customs clearance handling fees and other statutory charges required by destination countries. All customs-related expenses are borne by order recipients, and such fees are not included in product prices and settled shipping costs.
